Satellite Remote Sensing

ADBU Centre for Geoinformatics is involved in all types of Satellite Remote Sensing. The centre is currently involved in the projects related to processing of the state-of-the-art technology sensor data, image interpretation, pattern recognition, microwave remote sensing, ground truth validation, sensor development and mathematical computation for geospatial data analysis. The areas in which the centre has expertise are- flood mapping, prediction of floods and cloudburst, soil moisture studies and climate studies.
